Leanne Gravette

Leanne brings a warm, people-first approach to her role as a Patient Coordinator here at Tanasse Chiropractic. Her path into healthcare has been anything but conventional - and she wouldn’t have it any other way! With a bachelor’s degree in Theatre Education from Western Washington University, Leanne’s career has taken her through youth theatre, nutrition studies, Speech Language Pathology, preschool education, and special education before eventually leading her to the medical field. Most recently, she completed a certificate program in Medical Coding and Billing, giving her the opportunity to combine her developing healthcare skills with something she’s always loved: helping people.

At Tanasse Chiropractic, Leanne enjoys supporting patients while continuing to grow her knowledge of insurance billing and patient care. She especially appreciates the welcoming environment she found within the clinic and loves being part of a team she describes as kind, enthusiastic, compassionate, and generous. For Leanne, helping create a safe and supportive space where everyone in the community can access the care they need makes her work especially rewarding.

Outside the office, you’ll likely find Leanne adventuring with her two dogs, Tayo, a German Shepherd, and Bug, a Chihuahua mix. Their everyday walks turn into longer hikes, backpacking trips, and camping adventures whenever they get the chance - preferably somewhere with water for Tayo to swim! Leanne is also an avid reader with a longtime love of fantasy (and a current romantasy obsession), practices hot yoga about five days a week, and is currently working on mastering her handstands.

And one last thing you should know about Leanne: half of her family is British, which occasionally makes an appearance in both her vocabulary and her food preferences. She’ll happily defend beans on toast, mushy peas, and Yorkshire puddings - and says British food doesn’t deserve its bad reputation!
